At the old wayside shrine, near the Sebastian chapel, a ghostly dog appears at night, which makes the horses shy or does not let them go any further. This is what the old carter H- experienced at the stream. The dog is as big as a “Kalbeli” (Small Calf).

Der Kappelihund

Beim alten Bildstock, in der Nähe der Sebastianskapelle, zeigt sich nachts ein gespenstischer Hund, der die Pferde scheu macht oder nicht weitergehen lässt. Das hat der alte Fuhrmann H.. z am Bach erfahren. Der Hund ist so gross wie ein “Kalbeli”.
